Meebits is a collection of three-dimensional avatars created by Larva Labs, the studio behind CryptoPunks and Autoglyphs, as its second avatar project, released in 2021.,Unlike other collectible-avatar projects of the period, Meebits could be transferred into a pre-existing metaverse of the holder's choice.
Larva Labs was among the artists in “Perfect & Priceless”, Kate Vass Galerie's 2018 exhibition, where John Watkinson of Larva Labs introduced a sealed-print format called Sealed Cryptopunks, pairing a signed print with the private key to the Ethereum address holding the underlying token. In later years, newly released Meebits were folded into these sealed pieces alongside the CryptoPunks, under the same address.Meebits later released an interoperable wearables mint on OpenSea.
In January 2026, Meebits collaborated with the artist DocLove on Red Light, Green Light, minted as card #445 in The Memes collection. The piece drew on Camogen, a Larva Labs postcard activation for Meebits during Art Blocks Weekend 2025.
