In the photographic work, Williams uses a slow-shutter technique to capture motion and light across natural and urban environments, transforming ordinary scenes into layered abstractions.¹ Of this method, Williams has said: “When I go into the wild, I let nature speak. What I capture is the movement of the elements, preserving the dynamism of natural forces like the wind and tuning my camera into a brush.”²

Williams has extended this practice into generative AI, using tools including Midjourney and Runway.³ The series We Are Nature blends abstract and figurative imagery to address environmental and climate concerns facing the planet.⁴ The series Threading the Infinite draws parallels between cellular membranes, geological fault lines, river deltas, and neural pathways as variations of a shared underlying structure.⁵ Within We Are Nature, the collection A Siren's Call entered the permanent exhibition of the Museo Chiapas de Ciencia y Tecnología in Chiapas, Mexico, after showing at NOX Gallery events in Tokyo and San Cristóbal in January 2024.⁴
