Mannay is a multidisciplinary artist working across painting, writing, generative code, music and animation to explore how time accumulates and how memory reshapes what it preserves. They also work as one half of the artist duo PLRL, alongside Anton Marrast. Mannay has also written essays on crypto and internet culture.
As PLRL, Mannay and Anton Marrast explore meme culture and internet ephemera through blockchain-based works including Memetica (2023), My Chromie does Jiggle Jiggle (2022) and Dodgy style (2022).
Mannay's solo work has been shown at Art Basel Miami in 2022 and 2023, at Hong Kong Art Basel in 2023, and at NFT Paris in 2024.
