Manfredi Caracciolo (Italian, b. 1986), known as Fredi, is a digital artist who places solitary figures inside vast, shadowy architectural spaces built from bold geometric shapes and cinematic lighting.^1,2 The environments draw on early avant-garde architecture and are usually rendered in greyscale, creating a sense of introspection around each figure.² He holds a degree in classical guitar and has also worked professionally as an illustrator.¹
