Lucasoxx is an artist and cultural organizer within Latin America's Web3 art scene. In 2022, Santiago Petruzziello founded Newtro Arts in Buenos Aires, and Lucasoxx later joined Petruzziello and DisQtible to launch the workshop that grew into the group's community. Newtro Arts operates as a hybrid collective, peer-learning platform, and curatorial laboratory for artists experimenting with blockchain and digital culture.
Since early 2023 Newtro Arts has run the onboarding workshop “Art and Web3”, which guides Spanish-speaking artists through the fundamentals of crypto and blockchain culture and has welcomed more than 300 participants over a dozen editions.He also hosts PRTL Mezz, a Twitch channel on which he has interviewed web3 artists including Mentalnoise.The following year, he co-curated the exhibition “Estados Correlacionados” with Jotta.rs and Sky Goodman in collaboration with RefractionDAO, part of a celebration of Argentina's Web3 culture that drew hundreds of artists.
