lomz, the alias of Vukasin, is an artist and designer working at the intersection of art and technology, spanning generative code, sound and physical drawing and sound machines.He has worked in product design at companies including Peer, DeFi Saver and XDEFI Wallet, and was among the first artists to mint generative work on the platform fx(hash).
His early work built physical machines that translate one medium into another: Kolorfon (2015) is a gramophone that converts colors into sound using photocells, an Arduino and Pure Data,later adapted into a digital NFT edition.His fusion of music and experimentation has been called “a perfect fit” for fx(hash).With Bojan Dragutinović, he built Ardusajzer (2017), a two-voice, Arduino-based step-sequencer synthesizer with an eight-step sequence.He also made Presscyclage (2014), an installation that recycles printed media into sound and paper rolls.
A recurring interest in mathematical chaos runs through several works: Sequence of the remains (2018) is an audiovisual installation that turns the chaos of the logistic map into image and music,Kosmotomi comic (2020) explores the same mathematical territory in comic form,and the following year's Kosmotomi extends it into a series on wandering, presence and “the unity of timelessness and all things”.On fx(hash) he released Postcard From The Mountains (2022) and, with Joe Chain, Super unbelievable - Fall at Down (2022), a generative comic generator. In 2025 he released Brutal Postcards, a generative series of brutalist architecture postcards paired with an accompanying token, $lomz, on the Base network.
