Landlines Art is a generative artist working primarily on Tezos, known for expanding a consistent line-based visual language across many fx(hash) collections built in JavaScript and, for 3D work, Python and Blender. He also has a long background in generative music, and describes his practice as an iterative process often set off by accidental coding mistakes.
He began releasing generative work on Tezos in April 2021, and by that October had released Art Cardz, a project that let collectors curate their own combinations of shape, color and algorithm cards to generate an artwork. His collection Achromat was fx(hash)'s 61st project, making him one of the platform's earlier artists. He studied music composition as an undergraduate before pursuing a science degree for stability, and has since pursued graduate studies in artificial intelligence and computer science alongside his art. He keeps a low public profile, communicating mainly through his art and social media rather than interviews.
