Jonsson, working as Pastelae, created the GIF Dancing Alien for a Superchief Gallery Soho show sponsored by GIPHY. Post Vision, the online artist collective run by Nicole Ruggiero between 2015 and 2020, organized the show. The GIF was one of two commissioned pieces to go viral on opening night and went on to draw millions of views.²

Her 2021 3D animation Never E-mail A Head carries the line “Never upload a moon. Never type a keyboard. Never render a diskette. Never hack a simulation.”³ Thisispaper included it, alongside her 2021 edition Gummy Girl, in the curated NFT room “Pretty in Pink” in August 2022.⁴

In 2023 her work appeared in “Digital Dreams”, an NFT art exhibition curated by Kika Nicolela at the Musée de la Mine in Bois-du-Luc, Belgium.⁵ That year she was also included in “LFF Expanded”, the British Film Institute's programme of immersive art and extended realities held alongside the London Film Festival.⁶
