Jorge Ledezma is a Panamanian artist who explores human experience amid technological advancement, addressing universal themes such as love, memory, and death through abstract and generative art.,Trained as an architect, he discovered the generative art community online around 2014 and has since worked with code as his primary medium.
In September 2022 Ledezma held a solo show with Bright Moments in Venice Beach presenting Brise Soleil, a long-form generative collection that uses latitude, facade orientation, and real-time date and location data to project architectural shadows that shift throughout the day.,The work drew on his studies of modernist architecture in Brasília. In 2023 he released Dolor Gravitacional (Gravitational Pain) through Bright Moments in Buenos Aires, drawing an association between the gravitational forces that will eventually tear apart Mars's moons and the emotional gravitational forces people experience in relationships. Visually, the series pays tribute to the Argentine generative artist Eduardo Mcentyre.
He has participated in group exhibitions including “Uncomputer” at Unit London in 2023, “Transcender” at the Bright Moments Finale during the Venice Biennale in 2024, and “Turpial” at the Museo de Arte de Caldas in 2025.His work Attraction Paradox, a 66-inch audio-reactive video piece from 2023, has also been included in Unit London's web3 program. In 2023 he coded Fractal Bloom on Art Blocks Engine for artist Jen Stark's Future Reflections collaboration with Shiseido, a project drawing on sacred geometry, plant growth, and the Akoya pearl.,In 2025 he released Defrag Me on Art Blocks Studio, a 243-piece collection in which each work is a multi-sensory representation of self-fragmentation that also functions as a solvable puzzle. He has also lectured on generative art internationally and, since 2022, has served on the acquisition committee of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) of Panama.
