Bio

Jeff Mihaly is a multimedia artist based in Los Angeles working as a colorist, cinematographer and composer who tells stories through photography and sound.^, He began photography in 2018, approaching each image as a scene from a movie. His cinema-inspired work blends narrative depth with visual aesthetics, often paired with original music he composes for his own images.

His Protagonist series pairs each 1/1 release with four related Deleted Scenes pieces that expand the story, all available on Foundation. One entry, II. Sand Storm, narrates a real dust storm he was caught in on sand dunes, with visuals and music both made by Mihaly. Another, III. Anomaly, digitally stretches color past the limits of the natural world and the perceived spectrum. On SuperRare he released a parallel ten-part Anomalies series of images stretched past the natural world into the unknown, and its final piece, Anomalies X: The Protagonist, sold for $1,370 (0.888 ETH).^,

His California Dreamin', set against Yosemite's Half Dome, is a limited edition of 25 formatted as a seamless, looping video postcard about freedom, nostalgia and natural wonder. His Frozen Yosemite series on Foundation includes five numbered works: The Shot, El Capitan, Serenity, Yosemite Falls and Eventide.
