I've been a full time artist for the last 30 years and I found in that journey a way to explore the tension between the most simple contemplation of nature and the profound look and questioning this contemplation raises. Like, how do we relate to the world, to the others, to the invisible, to silence and solitude. In my work I try to underline that tension and hopefully make it tangible for the viewer. I ask myself how simplicity can be a vector for deep emotional questionning. I'm eager to learn every day and explore new ways of making art, because I think art and poetry are a great way to create links between us. The IKON series uses AI as input. The images then go through a long process of image editing, video editing and sound design.
