Bio
HiTeko is a Brazilian pixel artist based in Curitiba who works day by day and frame by frame across a body of work described as a “CUTE'N'CREEPY universe of cats”. The practice favors simple, raw pixel work built with punk and internet-chaos influences, grounded in observation, intuition and, in the artist's words, “good intentions”.
HiTeko is featured among GIF Gallery's roster of artists, and contributed the piece Far away view to the group exhibition “Niesen 3.0”, held in March 2023.
