Bio

HairOfMedusa, the professional name of Ceren Yüzgül, is a digital artist who creates one-of-one artworks sold through platforms including SuperRare, Foundation and MakersPlace. In 2024 they created Freedom to Dream, card #271 in 6529's collection The Memes, minted to an edition of 310.

The card carries a written invocation: “Hathor, hear my prayer. I ask you to see me, to stand with me, to inhabit me”. In 2022 they joined five other artists — Andreas Lilja, marE, Greg Fiut, Dunja Jung and NikaDanny — on Unrequited Love, a MakersPlace collection exploring the pain of unrequited love that took over a year to make.

Between 2022 and 2026 they sold one-of-one works through SuperRare, including The Weight of Seeing and Catatonic Continuum.^, Orca Eyez sold in 2026 as a paired digital and physical edition for 1.6 ETH.
