GLIL is a street and collage artist based in London who creates complex portrait reconstructions combining paper collage with digital tools. Active as a street artist since 2006, pasting posters onto walls with sprays and markers, GLIL began making collages in 2009, working first in an abstract and then a conceptual mode before developing a portrait-based style from 2014.
GLIL's collage work has been shown in group exhibitions in Bucharest (2014), Moscow (2016–2017), London (2017, 2019), Lisbon (2018) and New York (2018). In 2023 GLIL took part in a group NFT exhibition in Rome, and had work selected for NFT NYC in 2024. GLIL's work is also part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Crypto Art (MoCA).
