Elnaz Mansouri is a Toronto-based multimedia artist who works across photography, 3D rendering and AI to create dreamlike scenes inspired by magical realism. Her work explores identity, memory and mindfulness, blurring the line between reality and fantasy in images of interior spaces and landscapes. Born in Tehran, Iran, she immigrated to Canada with her family in 2003 and earned a BFA in photography from OCAD University in 2013.
Her practice began in photography before expanding into drone-based aerial documentary video and 360-degree virtual reality content, and later into 3D renderings of environments and interior spaces. Her photography has been published in National Geographic and Canadian Geographic. Of her work, she has asked “Is reality limited to our five senses?”
In June 2026 she released The Collective Synapse as part of The Memes by 6529, an edition of 173 pieces minted at 0.06529 ETH each.
