Daniel Olej, who works under the name Dust Bunny, is a designer and artist based in Rio.¹ Since 2021 he has made Imaginary Landscapes, a series of paintings and drawings that includes works such as Floresta and Jardim, created in wax pastel on paper and, without post-editing, digitally on his phone or iPad.² The images emerge without a landscape in front of him, growing out of gesture rather than observation.²
