drain, born Adrian Cain, is a glitch artist born in Oklahoma and based in Northwest Arkansas. His multi-layered compositions bring together vibrant colors, discursive patterns and intricate textures, built with tools including Audacity and the GLIC codec. Through these techniques he interprets the digital human body as raw, compressed imagery.¹
