Darbles is a digital artist who creates and auctions 1/1 artworks on the blockchain.^1,2,3 In a January 2026 social media announcement, Darbles described a plan to create one shade of blue every day for 365 days starting November 1st, with each piece auctioned as a 1/1 and minted on Ethereum's Base layer-2 network through Manifold.⁴

The same announcement placed Shades of Blue within a broader body of work that also includes Shades of Red and Eclipse.⁴ Individual 1/1 works including Love, the Fire That Unmakes and Remakes Us and I'm Watching Myself Fade have also sold.^1,2
