c_mplx is a professional architect, artist and educator whose work explores architectural and spatial representation through art and critical discourse. He mints work on Ethereum as well as the Optimism and Base networks, drawing on a fascination with the built environment across AI, 3D modeling and code.
In 2023 c_mplx organized the “Architecture & Time” exhibition, a public call inviting 25 artists to respond to a prompt about spatial and temporal experience. He also built an Oncyber gallery, the Junction, to house the resulting works. His Elements project is a deconstructivist exploration of foundational architectural forms — including the Obelisk, the Volute, the Abacus and the Ionic — minted as ERC-721 tokens on Ethereum through his CMPLX Manifold smart contract. He also co-founded Art Studio, a podcast for artists made by artists, with HeatherNStout.
