Cailean Finn is a new media artist based in Ireland with his work revolving arounding exploring and experimenting with functional limitations and technological capabilties of a wide range of digital and analogue systems. In order to embrace underlying processes of these technologies which is commonly not given any value. Deconstrucitng media to undertsand and isolate the hidden language and processes that create and sustain the world we live in today. Cailean is interested at the intersetction of art and technology, intergrating programming, audio , virtual enviroments with a primary interest in video and light. He earned a Masters of Arts degree in Art and Technology at the Univeristy of Limerick.
