Andre Venancio is part of the development team behind Versum, a Tezos-based NFT platform built around an art-first, minimalist interface that keeps sales figures and follower counts out of view, letting collectors curate personal feeds through user-created boards. In 2022 Versum was selected for the seventh season of Ubisoft's Entrepreneurs Lab, joining ten other startups in a season focused on positive entertainment and Web3.
Responding to the selection, Venâncio said “We're still the same indie dev team developing the platform we would like to have as artists and collectors”, adding that Ubisoft's involvement would not change that culture even as decentralisation remained the team's goal.
