Andrés Del Vecchio is a Venezuelan artist who paints in oil, describing his practice as Surrealist Expressionism that reimagines Baroque painting. His paintings draw on hybrid mythologies, in a body of work in which wounds become portals. On SuperRare, this practice takes shape in his numbered Dybbuk Masque series of paintings.
In 2024, his card AN INEFFABLE AUCTION was released as card #236 in The Memes, minted on May 24 in an edition of 310. In 2025, he took part in the Bali Art Residency, a month-long program in which ten international artists lived and worked together in Bali, combining physical practices with digital work and AI experimentation. That November, he and his residency cohort released a group card, FREEDOM TO CONNECT, as The Memes #440.
