Aloner One is a self-taught digital artist who began in graffiti before moving into work that straddles interactive art and GAN-based AI imagery.,He trained at the Mjm Art School in Strasbourg, then taught the use of new technologies in creative practice at the College of Advertising and Design of Brussels from 2013 to 2018.
He has also created exhibited installations that use augmented reality, and his work has been shown at venues including the “Epinal Contemporary Art Biennial” and the group exhibition “Artist x AI // 000001” in New York and Los Angeles.In 2022, his work Encounter I, released on Hic et Nunc, was among the notable high-volume sales on objkt.com.
In 2023 he took part in “Deep Fake”, a group show in which his contribution depicted a woman seated before a wall lined with shelves of heads.That year he also joined “McDo Meme”, a group exhibition curated by Bård Ionson that took as its starting point a community joke about crypto crashes leaving artists working at McDonald's.Also in 2023, his work Magdalena and her daughter, showing a woman in a stylised room beside a simulated figure presented on a stack of television screens, appeared in the group exhibition “E-motions” at Unit London, and was offered for sale as a unique NFT.,Among his interactive works is The Cliff, a hand-painted piece released on objkt.com.
