Starting in 2005 he worked as a music producer with artists including Nelly, Akon, Chamillionaire, Chingy, Juelz Santana and Pretty Ricky, releasing through Universal Records and Warner Bros.^1,3 He later moved into filmmaking and, in 2012, founded the luxury fashion house Royal Middleton Collection in New York City. The brand's footwear, accessories and clothing carry his own royal insignia logo. He has said its color palettes draw on the Aeneid, Virgil's epic about the Trojan hero who gave him his name.³

As a visual artist he layers colors and symbols across mixed-media canvases, describing his process as one that sometimes draws on synesthesia. One 36-by-36-inch canvas centers on a goat as a silent witness to a coded field of layered symbols and fractured lines connecting science, myth and society. Another 36-by-48-inch canvas is paired with a poem about a soldier suspended between earth and sky.² On the platform Sedition he has released a Trojan War Collection of pieces including Walking the Shores of Troy and Aegean Undertow.¹
