Kogan registered the Abraham.ai domain in 2017, drawn to questions of machine autonomy just as he was becoming interested in Ethereum and decentralized organization, and first wrote publicly about the project in 2019.Abraham's earliest works, later titled Abraham's First Works, were generated in the summer of 2021 using GANs prompted by an early community through a proto-Eden application, months before DALL-E 2, Midjourney or Stable Diffusion reached the public.,Their titles are the prompts that produced them, among them “Tower of Babel as circuit board” and “mana mining rig”.
