0x3y3 is a designer, sculptor, metalworker and motion artist whose work investigates the digital and physical spaces we inhabit, searching for reductive loops and recursive ontologies. His pieces attempt to invoke a lost Other and expose something vital, or at least seductive, in the trajectory of our screen-based existences.
In 2022 a tweet by 0x3y3 gave rise to the #fidenza4fidenza movement, a show of support for remix culture and freedom of expression and interpretation amid a wider push for CC0 licensing in NFT art led by artists including Robness and Xer0x.
He has taken part in group exhibitions including “Tomorrow & Tomorrow pt. 1” at Larsen Warner gallery in 2023.In November 2023 he showed work in “Panopticon”, curated by Sutan and staged online on objkt.one and physically at O Vello Carcere, a former prison turned art space in Lugo, Spain.In 2024 his GIF BURN-IN was included in “SCREENSAVERS” at the gallery Electric Artefacts.,He also contributed The Weight of Everything We've Ever Built, an edition of one, to “Metal”, the second installment of Cyberforms' 5×5 exhibition series curated by Strano.
