Black collages: Price of Power

“The Price of Power” paper collage from the ‘Black Collages’ series

The main character of the collage is a king who gained great power but lost himself.

The yellow-black scale has an association with madness, delirium.

Power reveals the darkest sides of the human soul. That's what this art is about.

A lot of details, which you want to consider, show the essence of the price of power. When you are given too much power, you lose yourself along with it.
