Damesels In Defi: Infinite “Infura” Mantra
This manipulated AI image closely resembles a woman I have been lucky enough to come across in my exploration of the WEB3 and non-fungible token (NFT) realms. She is seen as an embodiment of the ideal, powerful beauty: a Woman.
The definition of “Infura” as described in the Crypto Dictionary: offers backend access to the Ethereum network over established HTTP and WebSockets technology. Prior to Infura, developers were obligated to run their own nodes of the networks with which they wanted to interact; Infura provides that access through a set of APIs. This enables developers of dapps and websites seeking to interact with the Ethereum blockchain to do so, and at scale. For a full glossary of terms visit https://consensys.net.
Lindsay Kokoska aka @Infinite_Mantra on Twitter, is an intuitive surreal digital artist inspired by esoteric, spiritual and mystical connections she encounters. Her art creates a channel to these energies, where dreams become reality. This Canadian based artist caught my attention during the days of Artist Spotlight/Clubhouse 2021. I spent countless hours perusing digital asset artists to speak on the what, how and why they create. To speak with Lindsay is as though a canvas is being filled with infinite colors of light. She takes you through her journey by a delicately soft spoken voice. It’s undeniable that Lindsay has a base to all of her collections. Her fantastical images are mesmerizing and I’m so honored to call her my friend in this space.
As a SearchLight Curator, and founder of CelebrityU Talks, I’ve had the honor on multiple occasions to interview this fascinating and gentile soul. Lindsay is an important person of statement for women on woman about women in Web3. I love what she creates how she does it and who she is.
