Mood series: Light Head

Perhaps freedom, perhaps a lack of substance.

The red balloon embodies the light, unsubstantial feeling, the empty head space where you feel you're lacking substance. It's airy and could float away, representing that feeling of not being grounded in a task or purpose. However, the line art face on the balloon prevents it from being truly blank. It shows that even in that unproductive moment, there is still expression, thought, and an identity there. The substance is still present, just stylized, abstract, and perhaps difficult to access.
