Neon was born into a world of chaos and destruction. The government had long since collapsed, leaving the streets to gangs and criminals. As a young child, Neon learned how to survive by any means necessary, stealing and hustling to get by.
As Neon grew older, they discovered a talent for art, specifically graffiti. Neon would sneak out at night and cover the walls of abandoned buildings with colorful, intricate murals that caught the attention of anyone who passed by. Neon’s art became a symbol of hope and rebellion for the people living in the dystopian city.
However, Neon’s reputation also caught the attention of the city’s most powerful gang leader, who saw Neon’s skills as a way to make a profit. Neon was soon forced to work for the gang, painting murals on their territory and using their tags in their artwork.
Neon felt trapped and conflicted, torn between their desire to create art for the people and their fear of the gang’s retribution. But when the gang ordered Neon to paint over a mural that Neon had created as a tribute to a fallen friend, Neon knew they had to take a stand.
Neon rallied the people of the city and led them in a protest against the gang’s tyranny. The protest turned into a full-blown riot, with Neon at the forefront, using their art to inspire the people and communicate their message.
In the end, the gang was overthrown, and Neon emerged as a hero to the people. Neon continued to create art, but this time, it was on their own terms, free from the constraints of the gang and the oppression of the dystopian city.
