An advance-fee scam is the most common type of confidence trick.
The same schema also happens in this NFT art community. A scammer promises the victim a large sum of valuable tokens for the victim's artwork with a small up-front payment. After the victim makes the front payment, a scammer either asks a series of additional payments for the victim to pay or merely disappears.
Beware of the advance-fee scammer out there!!!!
