Looloo is the story of a small and kind soul who is tired of his loneliness and boring life in a haunted mansion. On the other hand, the rude and violent spirits of the neighbor have fed him up, he is looking for communication with humans. But all those who enter the mansion and see Casper and other spirits, get scared and run away from them. Ironically, after the death of its owner, this mansion goes to his heir, his only daughter. Unlike other ghosts of the house, little Casper is happy with the presence of the new resident. He tries to establish a friendly relationship with them.
