Gracious and loving God, We come before you today in the name of your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life. We recognize that apart from Him, we cannot find true direction or meaning in our lives.

Lord, we thank you for the life and teachings of Fulton Sheen, who was a faithful disciple of your Son and a powerful witness to the truth of the Gospel. May we follow his example and strive to live our lives in accordance with the teachings of Christ.

As we meditate on John 14:6, we are reminded that Jesus is the only way to you, Father. May we always remember this truth and seek to deepen our relationship with your Son through prayer, study of Scripture, and participation in the sacraments.

Help us, Lord, to live our lives in a way that reflects the love and mercy of your Son. May we be agents of your peace and reconciliation in the world, and may we always seek to bring others to a knowledge of the truth.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Amen.
