Digital Automatic Writing: Josie's in the Hospital

I did this digital automatic writing film while in the hospital caring for my eight-year-old daughter this last week, who was sick with a virus and severe dehydration. Journaling like this helps me process my feelings and center myself. She's out of the hospital today and doing better.
