"Human MMXXV" is the visual representation of a contemporary human being: fluid, multipurpose, and virtual - a framework to fill with shifting identities and meanings, up to multiple times per day. For one moment, they may be an art viewer; in another, a stressed mother; then a confident employee, or even a lover. Unlike the emphasis the art world places on the audience as a mere consumer, the audience is human, complicated, and messy. The event happening in the gallery space thus becomes a symmetrical relationship between complex entities, each deserving recognition.
