Looking is not the same as seeing. The eye symbolizes both physical and spiritual vision, delving into the essence of things. Floral patterns around it represent different aspects of perception, reminding us that vision is about deeply understanding what we see. This painting invites reflection on how our perception shapes our understanding of the world.Vision here is presented as a multi-layered process, encompassing both physical sight and spiritual insight. The color cobalt blue symbolizes the divine, the immaterial, the spiritual. I searched for this color among the printing inks for a long time, but eventually mixed it myself. This is a physical work of art made in the technique of linocut. The process of making art included cutting out a matrix from linoleum for printing, rolling out the paint on the surface of the matrix, applying a sheet of paper to the matrix and rubbing it to transfer the drawing to paper, drying the finished prints within 2 days. As a result, copies are obtained that have their own serial number and a strictly limited edition. The number and circulation are indicated on each sheet in pencil (according to the standards of linocutters from all over the world). Each copy is printed on a 200g sheet, the print size is 20 by 20 cm. Circulation: 12 copies in total in the world.
