Halloween mood: The Halloween Sovereign

Since the dawn of time, every Halloween has brought forth a new Sovereign of the Night.

Chosen by ancient darkness, she rises once a year to open the gates between the world of the dead and the realm of the living. Beneath her crown of shadows, she gathers wandering souls and leads them through the veil that separates the two worlds. On this night, the dead may walk again, lost souls may find their way home, and the living must remember that the boundary between worlds is thinner than it seems.

For one night, she reigns over the living and the dead. And every soul knows her name.
