This work investigates the body as a site of tension, transformation, and evolving awareness. A fragmented female figure, influenced by yogic posture, is interwoven with animal forms—particularly the crab and bird—symbolizing endurance, instinct, and the oscillation between groundedness and release. The composition reflects a state of becoming shaped not by stillness, but by pressure and resistance. The crab form evokes patience, discipline, and the weight of effort, while the bird introduces a counter-movement—suggesting breath, expansion, and the possibility of transcendence. Rendered through dense ink textures and layered mark-making, the figure appears both constructed and unstable. The digitally developed background extends this condition into a wider psychological field, echoing repetition, internal noise, and subconscious patterning. Rather than presenting balance as a fixed state, the work embraces imbalance as an active force—where growth emerges through friction, control, and continuous adjustment.
