They came out of the cave after a long and treacherous hike in the darkness, to enter into a vast sunlit valley. It took some minutes to adjust to the brightness, but once they did, they saw an expansive ancient metropolis, slowly being reclaimed by the jungle. As breathtaking as this sight was, it was nothing compared to what was waiting for them down below...
