My neighbor, Mr. Johnson, is a grumpy old man in his 70s who has lived in this neighborhood for as long as anyone can remember. He's known for his stern demeanor and quick temper. I remember when I first moved in and Mr. Johnson noticed me unloading my guitar case from the U-Haul truck. He came over to introduce himself and let me know that he wasn't a fan of loud music. I didn't think much of it at the time, but now it seems like every time I pick up my guitar, he's right there at my door, pounding on it and demanding that I stop playing. At the same time, I've been struggling with my health and recently put on some extra weight. It's been a challenge, but I'm trying to focus on the positives and taking care of myself as best as I can.
I wanted to share this with all of you because I think it's important to be open and honest about what's going on in our lives, even when it's not always easy.
I hope this post finds you all well and that you are all taking care of yourselves.
Take care,
Kurt
