Minas Gerais: Rupestrian grasslands

Just as rare as this token, the "Campos Rupestres montane savanna" is a threatened, discontinuous ecoregion that only exists in a few areas only in Brazil, at the transitions between the Cerrado, Caatinga, and Atlantic Forest. In this capture, the "Campos Rupestres" ("rupestrian grasslands") can be seen bathed in the light of a gorgeous autumn sunset in the Serra do Ouro Branco State Park, located in Minas Gerais, Brazil, already altered by the human presence.
