ISOLATION ROOMS: glitch corridor #3v2

ISOLATION ROOMS serves as a video sketch, offering a tantalizing preview of an immersive audiovisual installation that delves into the intricate tapestry of human emotions through the lens of analog and glitch aesthetics. Modified analog video synthesizers serve as the conduit for crafting visually stunning worlds adorned with intentional errors and distortions, creating portals that challenge the pursuit of perfection in favor of embracing the raw beauty of uniqueness.

Motivated by a profound appreciation for the allure found in imperfections, this piece beckons viewers toward introspection, self-discovery, and a heightened sense of empathy. It champions the analog-human imperfections that define our reality, fostering a space for connection and embracing the idiosyncrasies that make each individual unique.

Each sequence explores variations of audiovisual projections within the confines of a dark liminal space. The analog visuals come to life through the artful deployment of circuit-bent glitch boxes and an array of analog video mixers, with meticulous post-processing applied in Adobe Premiere Pro. The immersive sonic landscape is crafted through the marriage of modified field recordings and experimental modular synthesis sessions in VCV Rack software.

ISOLATION ROOMS beckons you to journey through the immersive depths of analog exploration, where glitch aesthetics converge with human emotion to shape an experience that transcends the boundaries of the visual and auditory realms.
