In 1961, following the success of the Vostok manned spaceflight, the Galactic Federation and the Soviet Union signed an important agreement at Shackleton Crater, located in the Moon’s permanently shadowed region. The agreement focused on providing advanced technologies aimed at enhancing Earth’s spiritual civilization.
The initial attempt was to create artificial life forms using the technology provided by the Galactic Federation. The Soviet Union’s robot development research institute in Leningrad succeeded in producing a prototype artificial life form. Although this prototype had a mysterious and intriguing appearance, it was highly incomplete and lacked essential capabilities.
Recognizing the limitations of this early attempt, the Galactic Federation soon dispatched a life generation technology team to improve the creation and help bring it to fruition.
