This work presents a compilation of twelve ballpoint pen drawings created in 2024. Each drawing was originally produced on paper at 12 × 12 inches and structured with patterned borders framing fragments of imagery. Within these frames are organic forms, lightning motifs, flowing textures, and partial figures that move between abstraction and representation. The drawings were developed through dense layers of ballpoint pen and colored ink, allowing the surface to build slowly through repetition of line and color.
The twelve drawings were originally individual physical works. After their presentation at Manila Art 2024, half of the physical artworks were lost. What remains is this digital archival composition that preserves the visual relationship of the complete twelve-piece arrangement.
The artwork now exists solely as a digital file minted on the Tezos through Objkt for the Objkt4Objkt. Ownership of the mint acts as the digital certificate of authenticity. Holders of the mint are permitted to produce a physical version by printing the image as a 3 × 4 inch art print.
Through this format, the work continues to exist as both archive and trace. A record of drawings that once occupied physical space, now circulating as a verified digital memory.
Twelve small worlds once pressed into paper, half carried away by the hands of time. What remains is a quiet image, waiting to return through those who hold it.
