Digital Collage: SOUVENIR

Out of the moody "ADULT HOOD" collage came out something that feels surprisingly more innocent. This character reminds me of the Mon peole who reside over regions of several countries like Thai, Myanmar and Laos and have fantastic traditional costumes with intricate embroidery. This piece may look like a matchmaking photo too. I would never know what it's like to grow up in a traditonal community and have your photo taken all dressed up whether that will lead to a happy future or not, but in the moment, you might feel happiness and hope.
