Digital Collage: B-NEATH der U-BAHN

Second piece using pictures provided by Ilan Katin. I believe these pictures were taken in Berlin where Ilan lives or used to live. I'm never quite sure where he is on the planet at any given time. Berlin is one of the few places in Europe that I have been to multiple times although it has been quite a long time since I was last there. The pictures are combined with a collage I made with a variety of material including a calendar for collecting different types of waste. It depends on where you live in Japan, but the city I live in is very thorough about different types of trash, so they send you a calendar for the entire year which tells you exactly what kind of trash you can put out on any given day. That has nothing to do with the scenery of Berlin, but I am free to combine anything that comes my way.
