Digital Collage: De Leeuwin van Vlaanderen

Tried something new. I've been trying to make more negative space in my work and so I thought having a certain shape might help with that. If I don't have limitation, I tend to fill up space, so I decided in the beginning to use this shape which is the Lion of Flanders which is the flag of Flanders, Dutch speaking part of Belgium. You often see it in cycling road races around Flanders which the Flemish tend to excel at. Instead of making it as is, I made it into a lioness instead thus the title of this piece would translate as "Lioness of Flanders". I don't think they have that, but if they ever did, the artwork is already done.
