Lines and Elements: Pond Light

This is a minimalist representation of a pond with a group of simple plants growing above the water line. The still surface reflects the leaves. The pond, the plants and the background are rendered with a gradient created placing lines and curves on the canvas as part of the research that I’m carrying out. The intent is to communicate a sense of peace and solitude augmented by the choice of using only two colours.Light mode.
