Abstract Visions: The restraining hands of unlove...

Sometimes it seems that there is no strength to fight and something dark holds you back and does not allow you to move on. This is self-loathing... It has many hands with different names: depression, weakness, unbelief and despair. How to get out of this viscous darkness, dragging you into the swamp of helplessness and resentment? You need to remember that wings will not bloom without self-love! Close your eyes and remember how you achieved success, how you enjoyed every moment of life and even small successes!!! And then it did not matter what you were and how you looked: fat or thin, big or small, smart or with a mind of your own! You succeeded and it means that everything will work out again! Know that you will always find the strength to fly, if only you believe in yourself and continue to love yourself and your successes! Flyeee.. You will succeed..!
