This work explores how perception can create a lie.
The same image appears in three stages. At first, it looks abstract. Then, slowly, an apple becomes visible.
The image never changes. We do.
Our brain looks for meaning. We fill in what we cannot see. And sometimes, we confuse appearance with truth.
The apple was always there. Hidden in plain sight.
The lie was never in the image. It was in what we thought we saw.
